How to wire transfer through Schwab Alliance

For wire transfers, please go to the top left corner and click move money. Then select “transfer and make payments”. Select Wire transfer, select the account you’d like to transfer funds from, select wire type and complete the form. 

Information for domestic wire: Valid ABA routing number, Account number for the receiving bank, Name and address of the recipient account holder. 

Information needed for international wire: Valid SWIFT, BIC and account number for the receiving bank, Name and address of the recipient account holder. 

Information needed for secondary institutions (if applicable): Valid ABA routing number, SWIFT code or account number, name and address of the recipient account holder, any other information provided by the receiving bank. 

Cut off time for Wire transfers is 4:pm!

Eastern time - After that time your request will be processed on the next business day. Domestic delivery by 4pm ET is completed the same day, Next day for domestic wires after 4 pm ET and 2 - 7 business days for international wires.

Fees may apply - $15.00 for online request, $25.00 for non-online phone or paper request.
